Location information (for specific services/functions only) : When you use the OKAI application, we may collect your local information (location to city area) so that you can display your location information when using functions such as moments. For example, we might collect your IP address, country code, and city code.
Log information: information related to your use of our equipment. For example, we can collect network request information, standard system logs, crash information, and other anonymous identifier techniques. This information will be kept locally and will not be sent to us unless you request it. Please note that this information is only used to resolve the problem and we do not save it to the server.
Feedback information: We will collect feedback information after the product is sold. Feedback will include user feedback issues such as photos, text, contact information, app version, mobile type (iOS or Android), our feedback time.
Insurance information: We collect accident insurance information on behalf of the insurance company, such as policy number, gender of the insured, id number of the insured, insurance period, payment transaction number, insurance amount, etc.

Methods of information collection
You authorize us to collect your personal information by:
1. We will collect and store the information you voluntarily provide to us when you browse, visit our platform and use our products or services.

(1) Create your Yele account. The personal information collected when creating a Yule account on a mobile device is used to create a user's personal Yule account and profile page.
(2) Display vehicle information. When the device is connected via Bluetooth, your vehicle information will be displayed and you can check device information such as speed, range, battery information, firmware model and taillight Settings through our app.
(3) Provide location-based services. When connecting to a vehicle using the OKAI application, based on Android 6.0 and above, your access location is required when connecting to a device. You can turn this off at any time by going into device Settings or stopping using the application.
(4) Provide after-sales service. If you require after-sales service, we will use your log information. This information will be sent to the after-sales engineer via email. Please note that this information is only used to resolve the problem and we do not save it to the server.
(5) Release of important notice information. We will send important notifications permitted by law to your email address or application interface. Important information will include recall information, mandatory repair and maintenance information.
(6) Data analysis. We will use data analysis services to analyze the de-identification of personal information to predict the development trend of products and services.
(7) Direct promotion. With your express prior consent, we may use your email address and Yele account to provide you with promotional materials related to Okai products and Yele services. We strictly comply with the data protection laws of your locality (which may contain relevant requirements for independent express consent) and will only use your personal information with your express prior consent or when you express no objection by conduct or instruction. You have the right to terminate our use of personal data for direct marketing purposes. We may use the content you share, post or comment (including but not limited to text, photos, videos, etc.) with your express prior consent; (hereinafter collectively referred to as "contents") to promote and publicize OKAI products. Only with your explicit prior consent, the above "Content" will be applied to our official publicity channels, including but not limited to Weibo, wechat, Okai and Yele official website, Tiktok, Kuaishou and other social software. If you withdraw your consent and no longer want us to use your content, you can send an email to support@okai.co and we will no longer use your content for promotion.

Information sharing
Except for the following exceptions, we will not share your personal information with any company (including Okai), organization, or individual other than Yele.

1. Permission declarations used in this application
1) Bluetooth permission: This application is a Bluetooth application, which is mainly controlled through Bluetooth and the device. The current permission is a required.
2) Location permission: a. During bluetooth use, search for nearby devices requires this permission to search for nearby devices. b. The permission will be used in the track to obtain your position and help you record the track of the current ride. We do not use this permission when we do not record tracks.
3) Camera permission: The application mainly involves changing the profile picture, so the camera is required. If the user does not use the camera to obtain the profile picture, the permission can be rejected. It does not affect specific use.
4) File reading permission: the application involves changing the profile picture, which involves the photo album, so the profile picture needs to be obtained. The storage of related cache files also involves reading and writing files.
